generally, clients report that a reflexology treatment is wonderfully relaxing
and soothing or clients feel immediately energized.
For those seeking more energy and a preventative approach to their health,
each session will last between 45 minutes and an hour once a week for four
to six weeks followed by a monthly treatment to maintain the balance of
good health.
If there are specific health problems being addressed such as menopausal
symptoms, auto-immune disorders, back problems, acute stress, then it has
been found that the most effective way to treat is with a series of half
an hour sessions two to three times a week with constant review of the situation
and ultimately a maintenance treatment once every two weeks or monthly.
